| Psyche could in fact spend all her life
chasing little birds, she will happily spend several hours running around
at speed after swifts, swallows, blackbirds, pigeons etc, occasionally
pausing to pant and wag her tail.
She can also spend quite a lot of time standing at the bottom of trees, gazing longingly upwards in the hope of heaven sent squirrels, panting and wagging her tail! After three or so years of 'excitable' shooting where she enjoyed herself a lot, she has settled down and reminded herself what a pointer is meant to do when out shooting:- find game, point at it, flush it, and occasionally retrieve it. She is just about doing that now. |
